My Latest Fitness Challenge



Happy Hump Day everyone.  This week has gone by so super slow for me.  I guess that's a good thing on my end.

Well I wanted to keep you updated on my latest fitness challenge I have taken on.  INSANITY!  I know, I really did not know what I was getting into when I started it lol.  Let's just say it's super intense.

My main reason to start up Insanity was because as many of you might know I'm obsessed with running.  It makes me feel so good and I really enjoy doing it.  It helps me escape and destress.  Ever since my move to SC I seriously have not gotten into a consistent fitness routine for different reasons.  So I decided to change things up a bit and incorporate a different work out.  I'm on week 2 of insanity and it's hard.  I literally suck at push ups but I feel like I'm getting stronger every day.

Honestly I have seen minimal results, granted it's only week 2.  The hubby says he sees me slimmer, but I'll just wait and see unitl the end of all this.  I did take a before and after picture and hopefully when I'm done with all this I will have amazing results.  And if I'm not too shy I will post them for you lol.

I know along with a good work out you need to have a good diet and I feel for the most part I do.  I eat pretty healthy.  What work out regimens do you guys do?  Has anybody tried Insanity and gone all the way? If so, what do you think?
