Inspiring And Motivational Quotes For Runners

Every now and then I know I need my daily dose of motivation especially when it comes to working out.  I'm pretty sure you guys know that I am literally obsessed with running.  It makes me feel amazing.  It's therapeutic for me and I'm definitely hooked on that runners high.

I've never been good at any sports :(.  I have terrible reflexes and can be a little clumsy at times. I don't know how to ride a bike.  I know, I know, my parents never taught me.  My hubby is teaching me, so pretty soon we will be on the road cycling soon.  Hopefully by next summer.  I'm pretty sure I'm going to enjoy it since I love to do spinning classes.

I posted all of these quotes about running that truly inspire me and motivate me.  Every time I read them I'm like, "Yeahh!"  If you are a runner like me and truly have a passion for running you will relate to this.  Not everyone likes to run or feels like running is for them, and that's normal.  All I know is that it takes a lot of effort and a lot of dedication and determination to do it, because if it were easy then everybody would be doing it.  Hope you enjoy this.  The first one on top is my favorite!

  1. You've inspired me to start running again. (and i only occasionally get a runners high.. overall i'm a hater! lol! ) And yes I like the picture on top the best too. I started adding Krav Maga moved at the gym to my workouts and would do 10-15 minutes on a punching bag.. it feels awesome! :)

  2. Hi Marilu, Just visiting from over at Instagram! I have finally started blogging again and have followed your blog-I like it already!

I would like to get better at running, to tone up all over and because it's good to get your heart rate going. Have you always been good at it or did you ever find it a chore?

    1. Yay! I'm so glad you started blogging. I haven't blogged in a while because I've gotten so busy, but I am going to add some posts soon.

At first running was a chore, but I did it because I had too, to lose weight. Little by little I started getting better and now I train for marathons, so I definitely have come a long way.

If you're consistent with it, trust me you will get so much better at it than you ever imagined!
