33 Week Pregnancy Update and Casual Maternity Style

Today I'm officially 33 weeks! Woo hoo! I have tons to do before baby arrives.

Dressing for your baby bump is really hard.  Especially when the baby bump is not the only thing that grows :/.  I didn't expect for my hips and thighs to grow that much, but they did.  I was so excited about  my breasts getting bigger...ha they only went up ONE cup size...So things are totally unexpected during pregnancy when it comes to your body.

Some days more than others I feel huge.  Even though I get many clients, friends, strangers who tell me I look so good for being 8 months pregnant or they tell me I'm all belly....hmm not so much ;).  One thing I have realized though is that I just need to chill with complaining about my body.  I'm pregnant.  I have to keep on reminding myself to relax and enjoy this beautiful, beautiful time of pregnancy, when I am allowed to put on some weight.  I'm carrying precious life in me, a beautiful miracle.  This is the time to shine, to really be confident with myself because once I have baby I'm going to look back  at pictures and wish I would have cherished and enjoyed every pregnant moment.

Over all I'm feeling great.  Baby is very strong and active.  He loves music and listening to daddy's voice. :)  I'm still running and staying active and still working!  I'm so blessed to be having a beautiful smooth pregnancy.

When it was colder I was living in black leggings practically everyday.  Now that's it's gotten warmer I'm wearing a lot of dresses and skirts.  The skirt that I'm wearing in the pic above is from 2b and I did stock up on maternity tops.  They are so comfy and long, which is so nice.  The one I'm wearing is from Target Maternity line.  The vest is from TJmaxx and my necklace is from Forever 21.

I like this outfit so much because it's comfortable.  I feel that any body type can wear this and if you are a little self conscious of showing too much belly you can always throw a little denim jacket or vest over the outfit like I did.

Till next time!
xoxo,
Marilu
